Ordering & Turnaround

Read First
What is your same-day cutoff time?
Our typical same-day cutoff is 12:00 PM (Noon) EST, Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays). Same-day production requires a print-ready file and is capacity-based.
For the full policy, see: Cutoff & Rush Policy
Does "same-day" mean I will receive it the same day?
Same-day means we produce your order the same business day. Delivery depends on your method:
  • Local pickup: You will get a “Ready for Pickup” notice when it is staged at Will-Call.
  • Shipping: Transit time begins after the carrier scans the package.
What are typical turnaround times by product category?
Turnaround varies by workload, finishing, and file readiness. Typical ranges:
DTF TransfersSame-day Premium (before noon) or 3-day Georgia Saver.
Custom PostersTypically 1–3 business days.
Foam Board / SignsTypically 2–5 business days (finishing adds time).
Custom ApparelTypically 2–5 business days (depends on blanks).
What causes delays the most?
Most delays come from: files that aren’t print-ready (wrong size, low resolution, extra transparent padding), waiting on customer approval/replacement artwork, complex finishing, and peak-volume days.

File Requirements & Artwork

Print-Ready
What file format should I upload?
Best: PNG with a transparent background. We also accept high-quality PDF and other vector formats depending on the product. If you need transparency, avoid JPG.
Full checklist: File Requirements
What resolution do you recommend?
300 DPI at final print size is required. Screenshots and social-media downloads are usually too low quality. If it looks blurry on-screen at the size you want, it will print blurry.
Do you fix my artwork automatically?
We print what you upload. We may flag obvious issues, but we do not automatically resize, redesign, remove backgrounds, correct spelling, or rebuild files unless you explicitly request and purchase design help.
Why did my design print smaller than expected?
The most common cause is extra transparent padding or whitespace around the artwork. Crop your canvas tight to the design before exporting.
Should I mirror my design?
No. Do not mirror your DTF artwork unless the product page specifically asks you to. Our RIP software handles mirroring automatically.

Gang Sheet Builder

Save Space
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one continuous sheet of film containing multiple designs laid out together to maximize space and reduce your cost. You cut the designs apart yourself after printing.
What size should my gang sheet be?
Build your gang sheet to the exact size you purchased (e.g., 22" x 60"). If building offline in Photoshop/Illustrator, set the canvas to the exact physical inches and export at 300 DPI.
How much spacing should I leave between designs?
Leave a buffer so designs don’t overlap when you cut them apart. Safe rule: at least 0.25" (1/4") between elements.
Can you rearrange my gang sheet to fit better?
Gang sheets are printed exactly as submitted. If you want optimization, use our online builder tool carefully to maximize your space.

Heat Press & Troubleshooting

Application
What press settings should I use for DTF transfers?
General starting point:
  • Temperature: 300°F
  • Pressure: Firm (60+ PSI)
  • Time: 15 seconds
  • Peel: Follow the specific peel type (Hot vs Cold) for your transfer.
  • Finish Press: 5 seconds with parchment/Teflon to seal the print.
My transfer isn’t sticking / edges are lifting — what do I do?
Most common causes: not enough pressure, platen temperature running cool, or garment moisture.

Quick fix sequence:
  1. Pre-press garment 5 seconds
  2. Increase pressure drastically (before increasing temperature)
  3. Wait for the film to cool completely if it is a Cold Peel
  4. Finish press after peeling
Can I use a Cricut EasyPress or household iron?
No. We recommend a true commercial clamshell or swing-away heat press. Handheld presses and irons cannot generate the even, heavy pressure required to bond DTF adhesive to the fabric.

Custom Apparel

Garments
Do you print shirts for businesses and events?
Yes. We handle custom apparel for local brands, restaurants, schools, events, and teams. Turnaround depends on garment availability, quantities, and artwork approval.
Can you source the shirts, or do I provide them?
In most cases, we supply the blanks (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, etc.). If you plan to provide your own specialty garments, contact us first so we can confirm compatibility.

Posters & Signage

Large Format
What poster sizes do you offer?
We offer common architectural and event poster sizes. Because we print on 60" roll-to-roll machinery, we can support completely custom sizing. If you need a non-standard size, contact us.
What file should I use for posters and signs?
A high-resolution PDF or AI vector file is always best for large format printing. If submitting a PNG/JPG, ensure it is built exactly at the final physical print size at 300 DPI.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Logistics
Do you offer local pickup in Atlanta?
Yes. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an automated email and text message stating "Ready for Pickup" when it hits our Will-Call desk.
Pickup details & video: Local Pickup Info
When does shipping transit time begin?
Transit begins once the carrier picks up and the package receives its first acceptance scan. Production time and transit time are separate. Paying for overnight shipping does not speed up the printing process.

Reprints, Refunds & Issues

Support
What if I uploaded the wrong file or wrong size?
Contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we can swap the file. Once it has hit the rip software or presses, changes are not possible and a reprint fee will be required.
What if my print is damaged or incorrect?
If there’s a production error on our end (wrong item, wrong quantity, or a clear print defect like banding), contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review quickly and reprint immediately.
Do you refund orders if my artwork is low resolution?
No. Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated files are customer-supplied artwork issues. Please strictly follow the File Requirements checklist before ordering.
