BARBER SHOP FAQ

Quick Answers for Barber Shop Merch Kits

Staff tees, retail merch, reorders, and upgrades — all in one place. If you need something custom (multiple garments, multiple designs, personalization, or 150+ units), use the Custom Quote option.

What’s included in a Barber Shop Merch Kit?
Each kit is a ready-to-go bundle designed to make ordering simple. Most kits include blank tees + printing + standardized placement. Choose a kit size, upload your design, and we produce consistent staff apparel (and retail merch, if your kit includes it).
Do you provide the shirts, or can we bring our own blanks?
We can do either. Most shops choose DTF ATL-supplied blanks (sourced through S&S) for consistent sizing and color matching. If you’re supplying blanks, include the brand/style and quantities so we can confirm compatibility and timeline.
Can I split my kit between staff tees and retail tees?
Yes — that’s the point of the kit system. If your kit is designed for retail + staff, tell us how many are staff vs retail and include a quick size breakdown. Want multiple designs (staff logo + retail graphic)? Use the Custom Quote option.
What artwork files do you need?
Best results: PNG (transparent background) at 300 DPI. Vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) are also great. If you only have a screenshot or an old logo, upload it — we’ll tell you what’s needed to get it print-ready.
Can you print our shop logo small on the chest and large on the back?
Yes — that’s a common barber uniform setup. Choose a kit and add upgrades like back print or sleeve print. If you need multiple placements and multiple designs, submit a Custom Quote so we can price it accurately.
What are the most popular upgrades for barbers?
Top upgrades we see for barber shops:
  • Back print (shop name / “Book Now” / address)
  • Sleeve logo (clean branding)
  • Retail-ready folding (for merch wall)
  • Individual bagging (sell or hand out)
  • Names (barber name on chest or sleeve)
How do sizes work? Do I need a full size breakdown?
A size breakdown helps us move faster. If you don’t have it yet, you can submit an estimate and follow up with final sizes. For most shops, we recommend a quick internal size collection from your team before we print.
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround depends on your kit size, blank availability, and whether artwork is print-ready. If you have a deadline (grand opening, pop-up, content day), include the needed-by date and we’ll confirm the best production lane.
Can you help us build a reorder system for new hires?
Yes. We can keep your design and placement consistent so reorders are simple. If your shop is growing or you hire regularly, ask about a staff apparel system so new-hire orders stay clean and consistent.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
We offer Atlanta pickup and shipping. If you’re ordering for a date-based event, tell us your date so we can align production.
When should I use Custom Quote instead of a kit?
Use Custom Quote if you need:
  • Multiple garment types (tees + hoodies + aprons)
  • Multiple designs (staff logo + retail graphic + sponsor)
  • Personalization (names, numbers)
  • Multiple placements with different art files
  • 150+ units or multi-location ordering
We’ll build a tailored quote around your exact setup.
What if I don’t have a design yet?
No problem. Submit your shop name, vibe, and any references. If you already have a logo, upload it. We’ll tell you the fastest path to a print-ready layout so your kit can move into production.
