CONSTRUCTION & TRADE FAQ

Quick Answers for Construction & Trade Merch Kits

Work uniforms, hi-vis options, logo placement, decals, signs, and fast reorders — all covered here. For complex builds (mixed garments, multiple logos/placements, multi-location delivery, or 150+ units), use the Custom Quote option.

What’s included in a Construction & Trade Merch Kit?
Each kit is a streamlined bundle built for jobsite consistency: work-ready blanks + printing + standard placement. Choose a kit, upload your logo, and we produce clean uniforms with optional upgrades like back prints, sleeve logos, and hi-vis apparel.
Do you provide the shirts, or can we supply our own blanks?
We can do either. Most crews choose DTF ATL-supplied blanks to keep sizing and availability consistent. If you’re supplying blanks, include the brand/style, colors, and quantities so we can confirm compatibility and timeline.
What’s the best logo placement for trade uniforms?
The most common setup is left chest logo for a clean professional look. Many crews add a large back print with company name + phone so your team becomes rolling marketing on every jobsite.
Do you offer hi-vis shirts and safety apparel?
Yes. We offer hi-vis options depending on the kit, and we can quote hi-vis builds that include a mix of hi-vis tees, vests, and jackets. If you need a mix of safety garments, Custom Quote is recommended.
Can you add names, roles, or crew identifiers?
Yes. Common options include name personalization, role labels (FOREMAN, SUPERVISOR), or crew identifiers. Because personalization requires item-by-item setup, Custom Quote is the best route for accurate pricing and sorting.
What file type do you need for the best print quality?
Best results: PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI. Vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) are also excellent. If you only have a screenshot, upload it — we’ll let you know if it needs cleanup for print.
Do you offer truck decals, trailer logos, and yard signs?
Yes. We can include vehicle door decals, trailer branding, and yard signs in select kits or as add-ons. If you want a full “uniforms + visibility” build, use Custom Quote and we’ll structure it cleanly.
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround depends on kit size, blank availability, and whether artwork is print-ready. If you have a start date or job deadline, include your needed-by date and we’ll confirm the best production lane.
Pickup or shipping — what are the options?
We offer Atlanta pickup and shipping. For multiple crews, multiple job sites, or split delivery, use Custom Quote so we can coordinate logistics.
How do reorders work for new hires or replacements?
Reorders are built into the system. Once your order is approved, we can keep your specs consistent (blank, placement, print sizing, and logo) so reorders are fast with less back-and-forth — perfect for new hires and replacements.
When should I use Custom Quote instead of a kit?
Use Custom Quote if you need:
  • Mixed garments (tees + hoodies + polos + safety wear)
  • Multiple logo placements (front + back + sleeve variations)
  • Personalization (names, roles, crews)
  • Truck decals / trailer branding / multiple signs
  • Multiple locations / split delivery
  • 150+ units or ongoing monthly orders
We’ll build a tailored quote around your crew’s exact needs.
