Email the document directly to our wholesale team. Include your Shopify account email for fast verification.
The Fine Print & Processing Times
Typical review time is 1 business day. You will receive an email from our team the moment your account is officially tagged as tax-exempt.
Please note: Tax exemption applies only to qualifying purchases. Orders placed before approval is granted may still include tax at checkout. DTF ATL cannot retroactively refund sales tax on orders placed without an active, approved certificate on file. Submitting a certificate does not guarantee approval; we follow all applicable state and local tax regulations and reserve the right to verify exemption status.
