What’s included in a Film & Crew Merch Kit?
Each kit is a streamlined bundle designed for production speed: blanks + printing + standardized placement.
Choose a kit, upload your artwork, and we produce consistent crew tees with options for upgrades like back prints and department splits.
Do you provide the shirts, or can we supply our own blanks?
We can do either. Most productions choose DTF ATL-supplied blanks for consistency and timeline control.
If you’re supplying blanks, include brand/style, colors, and quantities so we can confirm compatibility and scheduling.
Can we split shirt colors by department?
Yes — department color splits are common for on-set organization. If you need simple splits (up to a few colors),
include your department list and quantities. For complex builds (many departments/colors), use Custom Quote so we can structure it cleanly.
Can you print “CREW” or department names on the back?
Absolutely. Popular setups include small front logo + large back “CREW” or department name
(CAMERA, GRIP, ELECTRIC, ART, etc.). If you have multiple back variations, Custom Quote is the best route.
What artwork files do you need for the best print quality?
Best results: PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI. Vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) are also great.
If you only have a screenshot or older logo, upload it — we’ll advise what’s needed to get print-ready.
How fast is turnaround? Do you offer rush options?
Turnaround depends on kit size, blank availability, and whether artwork is print-ready.
If you have a call time, shoot date, or event deadline, include the needed-by date and we’ll confirm the best production lane.
Rush options may be available based on capacity.
Can you do name/role personalization (e.g., “1st AD”, “Producer”)?
Yes. Personalization is common for leadership roles, department heads, or special access.
Because personalization requires item-by-item setup, we recommend Custom Quote so pricing and sorting stay accurate.
Do you offer hoodies, long sleeves, or jackets for crew?
Yes — especially for night shoots and colder months. If you need mixed garments (tees + hoodies + long sleeves),
use Custom Quote so we can build a clean order structure and confirm garment availability.
Pickup or shipping — what are the options?
We offer Atlanta pickup and shipping. For split deliveries, multiple locations, or staged deliveries,
use Custom Quote so we can coordinate logistics properly.
How do reorders work during a production run?
Reorders are built into the system. Once your job is approved, we can keep your core specs consistent
(blank, placement, print sizing, department notes) so reorders are faster with less back-and-forth.
