• Cutoff time: 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time, Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).
• Eligible orders: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST that meet the requirements below.
• What “same-day” means: Produced the same business day and shipped or made ready for pickup based on the service selected at checkout.

To qualify for same-day production, your order must be print-ready and approved.

• Artwork is print-ready: Correct size, high quality (recommended 300 DPI), transparent PNG preferred (or other accepted format).
• No edits needed: No redesign, cleanup, background removal, or layout corrections.
• Accurate sizing: The file matches the size/quantity selected.
• Order is paid: Payment completed with no verification holds.
• Fast approvals: If we flag an issue and you replace/approve, it must happen quickly to stay in the production window.

Orders submitted after the cutoff may still be produced same-day when capacity allows. Rush availability varies by workload and order complexity.

• Rush processing: If offered at checkout, selecting rush moves your order ahead in our queue.
• Capacity-based: Rush is not guaranteed daily — it depends on order volume and production load.
• Deadline planning: If your deadline is hard, confirm timing before ordering whenever possible.

• Low-resolution or blurry files that won’t print cleanly.
• Wrong dimensions (file doesn’t match the size ordered).
• Extra whitespace/transparent padding causing unexpected sizing.
• Color expectations (screen vs print differences; neon/fluorescent limitations).
• Complex layouts needing manual intervention or confirmation.
• Payment verification holds or incomplete checkout.
• High volume days (cutoff capacity can fill early).

• If you select local pickup, you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
• Same-day pickup is available for eligible orders when production is completed before pickup closing time.
• Bring your order confirmation when you arrive for pickup.

We print what you upload. We may contact you if we notice an issue that could affect print quality, but the customer is responsible for final approval.

• Submitting an order confirms your file is print-ready and sized correctly.
• If you request changes after production begins, the order may be delayed and may require a reprint.
• Color can vary by screen, lighting, and material — we aim for accurate output, but exact matches are not guaranteed.
