Skip the carrier delays entirely. If you are located in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, you can pick up your order directly from our production facility.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship commercial prints and DTF transfers to the lower 48 states daily. Once your order clears production, it is handed off to our logistics partners.

⚡ Georgia Next-Day Delivery

Because we print and ship directly from Atlanta, standard ground shipments delivered within the state of Georgia typically arrive the very next business day after your order leaves our facility.

Shipped Exclusively via UPS

To ensure speed, tracking accuracy, and reliability for our commercial clients, we ship exclusively through UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services.

⛔ No P.O. Boxes Allowed

UPS cannot deliver packages to USPS Post Office Boxes. You must provide a valid physical street address at checkout. Providing a PO Box will result in your order being placed on a shipping hold until a physical address is provided, causing severe delays.

Shipping & Pickup FAQ

If I pay for Overnight Shipping, does it print faster?

No. Paying for upgraded shipping (like UPS Next Day Air) only speeds up the carrier's transit time. It does not bypass our production queue. If you need your items produced faster, you must select "Same Day Premium" or "Rush Processing" on the actual product page.

Can I send an Uber or Courier to pick up my order?

Yes. If you are sending a courier (Uber Connect, Postmates, etc.), they must have your physical Order Number (e.g., #1045) and the Name on the order. Please ensure you do not dispatch the courier until you have received the "Ready for Pickup" notification.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed by UPS?

Once a package is handed over to UPS and tracking is generated, DTF ATL is no longer liable for transit delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or misrouting. However, if a package is officially marked as lost, please contact our support team so we can assist with filing a carrier claim and reprinting your order.
