What’s included in a Gym Merch Kit?
Each kit is a streamlined bundle designed to make ordering easy:
blanks + printing + standardized placement.
Choose a kit, upload your artwork, and we produce consistent trainer uniforms and (if applicable)
retail-ready merch for members.
Do you provide the shirts, or can we bring our own blanks?
We can do either. Most gyms choose DTF ATL-supplied blanks (sourced through S&S)
for consistent sizing and fit. If you’re supplying blanks, include the brand/style and quantities
so we can confirm compatibility and timeline.
Are gym kits printed on performance (dri-fit) shirts?
Our standard kits are built around premium ringspun blanks.
If you want performance/dri-fit, we can absolutely do it — select the performance option
(if shown) or request a Custom Quote so we can match the right fabric and fit for your brand.
Can I do trainer shirts AND a retail merch drop in the same order?
Yes — that’s a common gym setup. Our retail-focused kits are designed for this.
If you need multiple designs (trainer logo + member graphic + sponsor list),
use the Custom Quote option so we can price it accurately and keep everything organized.
What artwork files do you need for the best print quality?
Best results: PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI.
Vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) are also great. If you only have a screenshot or older logo, upload it —
we’ll advise the quickest path to print-ready.
Can you add back prints, sleeve logos, or trainer names?
Yes. Popular upgrades include:

How do sizes work? Do I need a full size breakdown?
A size breakdown helps us move fast. If you don’t have final sizes yet, submit an estimate and follow up once your team confirms.
For retail drops, we can recommend a typical size curve based on your audience (studio vs strength vs boxing/MMA).
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround depends on kit size, blank availability, and whether artwork is print-ready.
If you have a deadline (challenge, competition, opening, promo), include the needed-by date
and we’ll confirm the best production lane.
Can you help us build a reorder program for new hires or new drops?
Yes. We can keep your design, placement, and garment choice consistent so reorders are quick.

Pickup or shipping — what are my options?
We offer Atlanta pickup and shipping.
