The production clock begins only after payment, usable artwork, proof approval when required, and capacity confirmation. Standard timing is normally two business days after those conditions are met. Rush and local delivery are never automatic; both require written confirmation.

Artwork and proof standard

Send a print-ready PDF when possible. PDF/X-4 is preferred. Package or outline fonts, embed linked graphics, include needed bleed, and build the file at final size or an exact documented scale. Raster art should generally provide about 150 ppi at final size for normal close viewing; viewing distance and the specific job can change that requirement. A proof records the approved design, dimensions, orientation, and finishing. Color seen on a phone or monitor is not a contract proof. Exact brand-color work, contour alignment, critical fit, and customer-supplied measurements require written acceptance before production.

Pickup, delivery, and installation

Pickup is free after notification. Local delivery is available only after route and cost confirmation: the planning schedule is $29 for 0–3 verified road miles, $39 for over 3–5 miles, and $55 for over 5–10 miles from the Atlanta production point. Timed or dedicated delivery adds $35. These are controlled planning rates until a written order confirmation is issued. DTFATL does not promise installation unless it is separately quoted through an approved, insured provider.

Commercial account standards

Eligible repeat buyers can receive saved specifications, location and use records, documented proof history, priority quote handling, and a recurring reorder plan. Commercial terms depend on payment history, annual volume, actual contribution margin, and production capacity. There is no blanket discount: every price must protect materials, finishing, handling, packaging, payment costs, delivery, expected spoilage, and acquisition cost.
