When will this order be produced?
Use the turnaround and cutoff displayed on this product page. Orders placed after a cutoff, on weekends or with missing information move to the next available production window.
What artwork should I provide?
Upload individual transparent artwork files into the builder, arrange them within the selected sheet size and review the layout before adding it to your cart.
When can I pick up locally?
Pickup begins only after you receive a Ready for Pickup notification. Confirmed orders can be collected from the Pickup Studio from 7 AM–10 PM, seven days a week.
Can I visit the production unit?
No. The production unit is a private working facility. All customer pickup, samples and in-person assistance take place in the separate Pickup Studio.

Should I build a DTF gang sheet online or upload a finished gang sheet?
Use the online gang-sheet builder when you need to place, duplicate, and arrange individual designs. Use the upload-ready workflow when the complete gang sheet is already created at the exact ordered dimensions with a transparent background. Eligible rush orders must be print-ready and submitted before the weekday noon Eastern cutoff.
Best for
Decorators combining multiple logos, sizes, names, or designs onto one transfer sheet.
Production timing
Same-day only when the selected rush product qualifies and the order is submitted before noon Eastern, Monday through Friday.
Ordering cutoff
Eligible, complete same-day orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, subject to product rules and current capacity.
Important limitation
DTFATL does not automatically rearrange an upload-ready gang sheet or correct low-resolution, clipped, semitransparent, or incorrectly sized artwork.

Confirmed orders may be collected from the Pickup Studio from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily after an order-ready notification is sent. Staffed assistance is available Monday through Friday from noon to 6:00 PM.
Artwork responsibility
Print-ready artwork is required unless the selected product explicitly includes design service.
Common questions
Does DTFATL print on weekends?
DTFATL standard production runs Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the Friday cutoff or during the weekend enter the next available business-day production queue unless the product page explicitly states a weekend service.
When can I pick up my order in Atlanta?
Pick up only after DTFATL sends the order-ready notification. Confirmed orders may be collected from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Staffed assistance is available Monday through Friday from noon to 6:00 PM.
Does DTFATL edit customer artwork?
Standard print products require print-ready artwork. DTFATL does not automatically redesign, recreate, resize, remove backgrounds, or repair files unless a separate design service is clearly included.
