Transfer Rewards Terms

Effective at controlled launch. Transfer Rewards is a promotional loyalty program, not cash, a bank account, or a stored-value product.

Eligibility and earning

Members automatically join when an eligible DTF transfer order is connected to their Shopify customer record. Members earn 1 point per whole $1.00 of eligible net transfer merchandise after discounts and before shipping and tax. VIP Decorator members earn 1 point per whole $2.00. Apparel, signs, posters, banners, foam board, supplies, shipping, tax, artwork, rush fees, sample packs, gift cards, and other products are excluded.

Pending and available points

Paid eligible orders create pending points. Points become available when the eligible merchandise is fulfilled. Cancellations, refunds, fraud, and chargebacks can remove pending or available points. A reversal may result in a negative balance; future earnings first repay it.

Redemption

Each point is worth $0.05 in promotional reward value. The minimum is 100 points ($5.00), in 100-point ($5.00) increments. A reward may cover no more than 20.00% of the eligible transfer subtotal and cannot reduce that subtotal below $1.00. Rewards cannot stack with VIP pricing or other prohibited discounts; the better applicable benefit is preserved. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or applied to excluded items.

Reservations and returns

Applying a reward temporarily reserves points. Abandoned or failed checkouts release them. Points are redeemed only after an order succeeds. Points used on a qualifying order are restored if that order is cancelled or fully refunded. Partial refunds reverse earned points proportionally.

Accounts, corrections, and conduct

One balance applies to one Shopify customer identity. DTF ATL may correct mistakes, merge duplicate identity records where supported, suspend participation, or reverse activity caused by abuse, fraud, technical error, or an ineligible purchase. Closing an account forfeits unused promotional points.

Changes and termination

Points do not expire during the initial launch period. DTF ATL may later change the inactivity policy with advance warnings, and may modify or end the program as permitted by law. Administrative corrections are recorded in an audit trail.
