Dye Sublimation Gang Sheet Builder
Arrange your own artwork on a 22-inch-wide sheet using the online gang sheet builder. This option is intended for customers who want to position multiple original designs before ordering a printed dye-sublimation transfer sheet.
Width guide: builder vs. upload-ready
The online builder uses a 22-inch-wide canvas. The separate upload-ready product accepts a finished 23-inch-wide file. These are different production workflows, so build to the exact width shown on the product you choose and do not resize a builder layout to 23 inches.
Available builder sizes
Choose a 22 × 24, 22 × 36, 22 × 48, or 22 × 60 inch sheet before opening the builder.
How to build your sheet
- Select the required sheet size.
- Open the product builder and add your artwork.
- Arrange each design fully inside the sheet boundary with adequate spacing.
- Review scale, cropping, orientation, transparency, and image quality.
- Add the completed configuration to the cart and confirm that the cart shows the selected size and price.
Artwork requirements
- Use high-resolution artwork; 300 DPI at final print size is preferred.
- Use transparent-background PNG files when the design requires transparency.
- Do not overlap designs or place artwork outside the printable boundary.
- Review all spelling and small details at the intended print size.
- Submit only original artwork or content you are authorized to reproduce.
Same-day eligibility
The noon cutoff alone does not guarantee same-day production. Eligible weekday orders must be fully configured, paid, and accepted by noon Eastern. DTF ATL confirms timing after preflight.
Before checkout
Do not continue if the builder does not load, the completed layout is missing from the cart, or the selected sheet size and price do not match. Contact DTF ATL before ordering so the workflow can be checked.
Substrate and pressing
This listing is for a printed transfer sheet, not a finished garment or hard good. Dye sublimation requires compatible polyester or polyester-coated blanks and a suitable heat press. Follow the blank manufacturer's temperature, time, pressure, cooling, and protective-paper instructions and test unfamiliar blanks before a production run. Results vary by material, coating, equipment, and technique.
Atlanta pickup
Local pickup is available only after a ready-for-pickup notice is issued. Warespace pickup access is available daily from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Staffed customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. The production unit is not open for unscheduled customer access.

When will this order be produced?
Check the turnaround shown near the product options. Production begins after we receive a complete order and artwork that is ready to print.
What artwork should I provide?
Upload individual transparent artwork files into the builder, arrange them within the selected sheet size and review the layout before adding it to your cart.
When can I pick up locally?
Wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup message. The Pickup Studio is open for confirmed pickups from 7 AM–10 PM every day.
Where can I get in-person help?
Pickup, samples and in-person assistance are available at the Pickup Studio. Production areas are not open to visitors.
Helpful ordering information
Should I build a gang sheet online or upload a finished gang sheet?
Arrange designs online when you need to place, duplicate or resize individual files. Upload a completed gang sheet when the full sheet is already created at the exact ordered dimensions with a transparent background. Same-Day Premium orders must include print-ready artwork and be submitted before the weekday noon Eastern deadline.

Decorators combining multiple logos, sizes, names, or designs onto one transfer sheet.
Production timing
Same-day only when the selected rush product qualifies and the order is submitted before noon Eastern, Monday through Friday.
Ordering deadline
For Same-Day Premium, submit a complete order with print-ready artwork by noon Eastern, Monday through Friday. We confirm same-day timing after review.
Good to know
A completed gang sheet prints as submitted. We do not rearrange it or automatically correct low-resolution, clipped, semitransparent or incorrectly sized artwork.

Common questions
Does DTFATL print on weekends?
Standard production runs Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the Friday deadline or during the weekend begin on the next available production day unless the product states otherwise.
When can I pick up my order in Atlanta?
Pick up only after DTFATL sends the order-ready notification. Confirmed orders may be collected from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Staffed assistance is available Monday through Friday from noon to 6:00 PM.
Does DTFATL edit customer artwork?
Standard print products require print-ready artwork. DTFATL does not automatically redesign, recreate, resize, remove backgrounds, or repair files unless a separate design service is clearly included.
