What qualifies for same-day printing?
Same-day turnaround is available for print-ready photo and detail files submitted before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Your plaques will be ready for pickup at our West Midtown location.
Do you print on the weekends?
No, our production team operates exclusively Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or at any point over the weekend, will be prioritized for Monday's production run.
What kind of photo file should I upload?
For the crispest high-gloss finish, please upload the original high-resolution photo (JPG or PNG) from your photographer. Avoid screenshots from social media as they compress the quality.
Can I hang this on the wall or does it sit on a desk?
All plaques come with routed keyhole slots on the back for easy wall hanging. If you want to display it on a desk or shelf, be sure to check the "Acrylic Display Stand" upgrade box.
