Same-day turnaround is available for print-ready photo files submitted before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Your mugs will be ready for pickup at our West Midtown location.
Do you print on the weekends?
No, our production team operates exclusively Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or at any point over the weekend, will be prioritized for Monday's production run.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Absolutely! The sublimation print is permanent. They are 100% top-rack dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
What kind of photo file should I upload?
For the crispest finish, please upload high-resolution photos (JPG, PNG). Avoid screenshots from social media as they compress the quality and will look blurry when printed.
