Submit a completed gang-sheet file sized for the 23-inch-wide sheet option you select. This product is for customers who have already arranged their artwork; design creation, image cleanup, and rearranging files are not included unless quoted separately.
Width guide: upload-ready vs. builder
This upload-ready product accepts a finished 23-inch-wide file. The separate online builder uses a 22-inch-wide canvas. These are different production workflows, so create the file at the exact width shown on the product you choose and do not resize a builder layout to 23 inches.
Available sheet sizes
Choose the exact height you need: 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, or 120 inches. Each listed option is 23 inches wide.
Artwork requirements
- Build the file at the final selected sheet size.
- Use high-resolution artwork; 300 DPI at final size is preferred.
- Use a transparent-background PNG when the design requires transparency.
- Keep every design inside the sheet boundary with adequate spacing.
- Review spelling, cropping, orientation, and image quality before submitting.
- Submit only original artwork or content you are authorized to reproduce.
How to order
- Select the matching sheet size.
- Attach the completed print-ready file using the product-page upload control.
- Use a file format accepted by the upload control. If the file is rejected or the control is missing, contact DTF ATL before ordering.
- Confirm that the selected size, price, and uploaded file appear correctly before checkout.
Same-day eligibility
The noon cutoff alone does not guarantee same-day production. Eligible weekday orders must include the completed file, payment, and accepted order details by noon Eastern. DTF ATL confirms timing after preflight.
Substrate and pressing
This listing is for printed transfer sheets, not finished apparel or hard goods. Dye sublimation requires compatible polyester or polyester-coated blanks and a suitable heat press. Follow the blank manufacturer's temperature, time, pressure, cooling, and protective-paper instructions and test unfamiliar blanks before a production run. Results vary by material, coating, equipment, and technique.
Atlanta pickup
Local pickup is available only after a ready-for-pickup notice is issued. Warespace pickup access is available daily from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Staffed customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. The production unit is not open for unscheduled customer access.

Standard production runs Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the Friday deadline or during the weekend begin on the next available production day unless the product states otherwise.
When can I pick up my order in Atlanta?
Pick up only after DTFATL sends the order-ready notification. Confirmed orders may be collected from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Staffed assistance is available Monday through Friday from noon to 6:00 PM.
Does DTFATL edit customer artwork?
Standard print products require print-ready artwork. DTFATL does not automatically redesign, recreate, resize, remove backgrounds, or repair files unless a separate design service is clearly included.
