Order Production and Promotion Policy

Effective July 30, 2026

This policy explains how DTFATL handles online pricing, production timing, artwork, promotions, samples, pickup, shipping, changes, and production-quality issues. It applies to DTFATL online orders unless an exact product option, Shopify cart or checkout, or a written DTFATL quote states a more specific rule.

1. Which information controls

1. The exact product, variant, quantity, options, availability, price, discount, shipping method, tax, and total shown in Shopify cart and checkout control the order.
2. A current written DTFATL quote controls only the scope and dates stated in that quote.
3. This operational policy controls general production and offer rules.
4. General advertising, comparison, educational, or older marketing copy does not override checkout, a written quote, or this policy.

DTFATL staff and automated planning tools must not invent a price, quantity break, discount, reward, VIP status, fee, turnaround guarantee, carrier promise, or competitor claim.

2. Prices and quantity breaks

Shopify's current variant price is the authority for standard online products. Gang-sheet length and size options are product variants; they are not automatically quantity discounts.

A quantity or volume break applies only when the exact tier is displayed for the selected product in Shopify or is included in a current written quote. When published tiers exist, the greatest minimum quantity that the order actually meets applies. No unpublished or remembered tier may be substituted. If no tier is displayed, no additional quantity break is promised.

3. Discounts, rewards, and VIP access

A promotion is valid only while Shopify checkout accepts it for the selected customer, products, date, and order. Expired, revoked, ineligible, or rejected offers do not change the price and are not replaced with a guessed discount.

LOCAL15: Shopify currently configures this code as 15% off products in seven eligible DTF collections, with no minimum purchase, one use per customer, and no combination with another product, order, or shipping discount. It began July 12, 2026 at 4:35 PM Eastern and has no published end date. It remains subject to live Shopify validation and may be withdrawn. Public marketing describes it as a one-time offer for a qualifying DTF order.

Other automatic sales, campaign codes, rewards redemptions, and VIP pricing are governed by their live Shopify or program terms. Rewards balances and VIP access require a verified customer account. Applying for VIP access does not guarantee approval or a price. DTFATL may review business status, repeat-order potential, and operational fit before applying the required Shopify customer tag.

4. Production calendar and when timing starts

All times are Eastern Time. Standard production days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and published DTFATL closures do not count as production time.

Production timing starts only after all of the following are complete: payment, required order details, the correct product/options/quantity, and artwork that is accepted as print-ready or otherwise approved for the selected service. Time spent waiting for customer files, corrections, choices, or approval does not count.

Published turnaround times are production estimates, not pickup, shipping, delivery, or event-deadline guarantees. A Ready for Pickup or shipment notification—not an estimate—confirms that an order has completed production.

5. Georgia Saver

Georgia Saver is a lower-cost, non-same-day DTF production lane with a three-full-business-day target. For consistent automated estimates, DTFATL treats this as 72 business hours beginning when the complete paid order and print-ready artwork are accepted. The clock runs only during eligible Monday-through-Friday production dates and pauses on weekends and published closures.

Georgia Saver is not eligible for a same-day promise. A badge, timer, or general site message about a noon cutoff does not convert a Saver product into Same-Day Premium.

6. Same-Day Premium and rush work

Same-Day Premium may be available for an eligible product when a complete paid order with accepted print-ready artwork is submitted before 12:00 PM Eastern on an eligible Monday-through-Friday production day. Product eligibility, quantity, complexity, equipment status, and current capacity still apply. Same-day timing is not confirmed until DTFATL reviews the order.

At or after 12:00 PM Eastern, and on weekends or published closures, an order is not automatically promised for same-day production. It moves to the next available production window unless a separate rush option is offered and DTFATL confirms the timing. Paying for faster carrier shipping does not accelerate production.

7. Artwork responsibility

• Submit artwork at its final physical size and the dimensions purchased.
• For DTF, a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at final size is preferred. Use another format only when the selected product accepts it.
• For large-format work, a print-ready PDF or vector file is preferred when the product permits it.
• Crop excess transparent padding, use clean edges, and review spelling, layout, orientation, quantities, and content before ordering.
• Do not mirror DTF artwork unless the exact product instructions require it.

Standard print products do not automatically include redesign, background removal, logo rebuilding, typo repair, resizing, upscaling, or color matching. DTFATL may flag an obvious issue, but that review is not a customer proof unless the selected service explicitly includes a proof. Exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed without a separately confirmed color-critical service.

8. Sample-pack offer

The DTF Transfer Test Pack currently has a $0.00 product price. The published sample campaign offers $1 UPS Ground shipping when that rate is available and confirmed at checkout. Inventory, preorder status, address eligibility, and the final shipping charge shown at checkout control.

The sample offer is promotional and subject to inventory and live Shopify checkout validation. Quantities and repeat requests are not guaranteed by this page. Contact sales@dtfatl.com before relying on a repeat or bulk sample request.

9. Commercial and custom-quote routing

DTFATL may recommend a staff-assisted quote beginning at 150 units or whenever a job includes multiple garment types, multiple designs or print locations, personalization, departments, multiple delivery locations, staged delivery, strict brand/color requirements, a hard deadline, or ongoing contracted production. A written custom quote is required when the exact product and checkout do not support the requested quantity or configuration, or when DTFATL determines that the job cannot be priced safely through standard online options. An online product that explicitly supports the selected quantity may be ordered through checkout.

This routing rule does not create an automatic discount, acceptance decision, SLA, or production guarantee. Custom requests route to the DTFATL sales team at sales@dtfatl.com.

10. Pickup and shipping

Local pickup is available only after DTFATL sends the official Ready for Pickup notice. Confirmed pickups may be collected from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern daily at the Pickup Studio. Staffed assistance is generally available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Bring the customer name and order number. Production areas are not open to customers.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. The carrier, service, address eligibility, shipping price, and estimated transit displayed at checkout control. Transit begins after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier delays, weather, and routing events do not change the production-completion time. Do not use a P.O. Box when the selected carrier requires a physical address.

11. Changes and issue reporting

Contact DTFATL as soon as possible if the wrong file, size, quantity, or option was submitted. A change may be possible only before production begins; DTFATL will confirm any accepted change and related charge in writing. After a file enters RIP processing or a press or production step, a change is not guaranteed.

For a suspected production error, carrier damage, missing shipment, return, refund, or remake request, contact DTFATL promptly with the order number and relevant photos, packaging, and carrier information when available. DTFATL will review the request under the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, terms recorded with the order, and applicable law. This operational page does not create or shorten a return, refund, claim, warranty, or remedy deadline and does not replace those policies.

12. Claims and comparisons

DTFATL comparisons must stay limited to verifiable facts about DTFATL's own products, location, published prices, production options, and services. DTFATL does not authorize unsupported statements about another company's price, quality, turnaround, materials, customers, or performance. Customers comparing transfer quality should use the same garment, press, temperature, pressure, dwell time, and finishing method for each sample.

13. Policy changes and support

DTFATL may update this policy when products, capacity, carriers, promotions, or operating schedules change. The effective date above identifies this version. A checkout already completed remains governed by the terms and selections recorded with that order, plus any later written agreement.
