What exactly does "same-day" mean?
Orders placed and paid for online before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday-Friday, with print-ready artwork) will be printed by the end of that same business day. You will receive an email once it is ready for local pickup.
Why is this better than "same-day shipping"?
"Same-day shipping" just means the company hands your package to UPS on the same day. You still have to wait 1-3 days for UPS to deliver it to you. We print locally in Atlanta so you can have your transfers physically in your hands the exact same day you order them.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
We are located in the 30318 area of West Midtown, Atlanta. Because we are a secure production facility, the exact suite number and pickup door instructions are provided securely in your "Ready for Pickup" email after your order is complete.
Can I order in-person or walk-in to browse?
No. We operate a high-volume warehouse fulfillment facility, not a retail storefront. All orders must be submitted online. Local pickup is exclusively for retrieving completed, pre-paid online orders.
What happens if I order after 12:00 PM ET or on the weekend?
Orders placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff on weekdays, or anytime on weekends/holidays, will roll over into the next business day's production queue and will be printed the following business day.
What are the pressing instructions?
We use premium Hot-Peel film. Press at 300°F - 320°F for 10-15 seconds with heavy pressure, peel immediately hot, and apply a second 5-second finishing press. Specific instructions may vary slightly depending on your exact fabric.
