Where do I go to pick up my order?
We are centrally located in West Midtown (30318). Because we are a secure production facility, the exact suite number and pickup door instructions are provided securely in your "Ready for Pickup" email after your order is complete.
Can I order in-person or walk-in to browse?
No. We operate a high-volume warehouse fulfillment facility, not a retail storefront. All orders must be submitted online. Local pickup is exclusively for retrieving completed, pre-paid online orders.
What happens if I order after 12:00 PM ET or on the weekend?
Orders placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff on weekdays, or anytime on weekends/holidays, will roll over into the next business day's production queue and will be printed the following business day.
What are the pressing instructions?
We use premium Hot-Peel film. Press at 300°F - 320°F for 10-15 seconds with heavy pressure, peel immediately hot, and apply a second 5-second finishing press. Specific instructions may vary slightly depending on your exact fabric.
