Artwork requirements
- Upload high-resolution artwork at the final print size; 300 DPI is recommended.
- Use a transparent background unless the background is intentionally part of the design.
- Do not mirror the artwork.
- Submit one final design for the selected size. Contact DTFATL before ordering if the design needs editing, background removal, or unusual setup.
Same-day production
Complete weekday orders with print-ready artwork submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, may be eligible for same-day production. Timing is confirmed after the order and artwork are reviewed and production capacity is verified. Same-day service is not guaranteed for incomplete files, late orders, change requests, or unusually complex jobs.
Pickup and shipping
Local pickup: Wait for the Ready for Pickup message before traveling. Confirmed orders may be collected from the DTFATL Pickup Studio daily from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM through the established Warespace access process. Staffed customer assistance is available Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. The production facility is not open to customers.
Shipping: Shipping options and rates appear at checkout. Production timing is separate from carrier transit time.
Quantity pricing
Available quantity breaks are shown on the product page and recalculate with the cart quantity. Choose the exact quantity required for each size; reducing the quantity below a threshold removes the corresponding discount. Shopify calculates discounts in whole cents per unit, so the effective percentage on low-priced transfers can differ slightly from the tier shown.
Application and care
Apply with a properly calibrated heat press and follow the application instructions supplied with the order. Exact time, temperature, pressure, and peel settings can vary by transfer, press, and garment. Test unfamiliar blanks before a full production run. For decorated garments, wash inside out in cool water and avoid direct heat on the design.
